Norwegian salmon chunks are made from chopped salmon. Each 300g pack is pre-cut into small pieces for convenient cooking, suitable for Hong Kong families, fitness enthusiasts, office workers and daily meal prep. Compared to whole salmon steaks, salmon chunks are easier to handle and do not require cutting yourself. Thawed and ready to use in salads, pasta, fried rice, noodle soups, curry, bento, fitness meals and children's meals.
Salmon is a high-protein fish containing natural fish oil and Omega-3 fatty acids. It has a tender texture and rich fish flavour, and the cooked meat is soft and not easily dry. The small size of the salmon chunks heats up faster, making them especially suitable for quick cooking, such as pan-frying, fried rice, pasta, cream sauce, tomato sauce, Japanese teriyaki, curry, udon soup or high-protein salad bowls.
This product is a frozen raw food, convenient for frozen storage and suitable for long-term home stockpiling. Take out the required amount each time and cook as needed. It is very practical for people who want to control portion sizes, increase protein intake, prepare fitness meals or cook quickly.
