2026 Lunar New Year Delivery Arrangements

The first day of the Lunar New Year in 2026 falls on Tuesday, 2/17. We will be closed from 2/17 to 2/23 (1st to 7th day of the Lunar New Year) and will suspend dispatches.
For orders placed before the New Year, please contact customer service to note delivery during the Lunar New Year period. We will deliver the goods to the SF cold storage in advance for safekeeping.

• Delivery on New Year's Eve (2/16): Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon on the preceding Sunday (2/15).
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon on 2/15 (Sunday): Delivery may be delayed until the 1st day of the Lunar New Year or later.
• Orders placed on New Year's Eve (2/16): Delivery may be delayed until after the 7th day of the Lunar New Year.

Orders can be placed during holidays, with delivery available from the first day of the 8th.
