Suggested serving methods

Hot Pot

Thaw the beef slices slowly in the refrigerator overnight. Once the hot pot broth is boiling, add the beef slices and blanch lightly until fully cooked. Because the slices are thin, cooking time is short; we recommend adding them in batches to avoid overcooking them if too many are added at once.

Sukiyaki

Can be paired with sukiyaki sauce, onion, tofu, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, baby bok choy and egg. First stir-fry the onion, then add the beef slices and sukiyaki sauce and cook quickly. It goes very well with white rice.

Satay Beef Hot Pot

Please keep frozen at -18°C or below. Consume as soon as opened. Repeated thawing and refreezing is not recommended to avoid affecting texture, flavour and food safety.

Thawing method

It is recommended to place in the refrigerator overnight to thaw slowly, which helps better maintain the texture of the meat slices. If quick thawing is needed, place the sealed package in cold water. Do not leave at room temperature for long periods.

When hot potting meat, ensure the meat slices turn completely from red to cooked colour, with the centre not remaining raw or cold.
