Already cut for you | Cooking ribs is more convenient

Normally handling whole pork ribs requires cutting them yourself, which is quite troublesome for a home kitchen. This frozen pork riblet pack is pre-cut into small pieces suitable for home cooking, allowing you to marinate, blanch, or cook directly according to different recipes after thawing.

Bone-in pork absorbs sauce flavors especially well after stewing, steaming, or baking, and pairs perfectly with fermented black beans, fermented beancurd, preserved plums, minced garlic, black pepper, sweet and sour sauce, and BBQ sauce.

One pack of ribs can make many dishes

🥢 Fermented Black Bean Steamed Ribs 🍑 Plum Steamed Ribs 🍲 Fermented Beancurd Stewed Ribs 🍍 Stir-fried Ribs 🔥 Air Fried Ribs 🥩 BBQ Ribs 🥣 Rib Soup 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Dinner

Recommended ways to eat

🥢 Fermented Black Bean Steamed Ribs

After the ribs are completely thawed and drained, marinate with minced garlic, fermented black beans, light soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, and cornstarch. Spread the ribs flat in a dish and steam until fully cooked through, you can also add chili rings or dried tangerine peel for extra aroma if you like it slightly spicy.

🍑 Plum Steamed Ribs

Crush the preserved plums, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, and a small amount of sugar, mix with the ribs and marinate before steaming. The sweet and sour taste is particularly appetizing and can balance the rich texture of the ribs, making it very suitable to serve with white rice.

🍲 Fermented Beancurd Stewed Ribs

Sear the ribs or blanch them briefly, then add fermented bean curd, ginger slices, rock sugar and water to simmer slowly. You can add potatoes, lotus root, bean curd sheets or mushrooms, allowing the ingredients to absorb the rich sauce together.

🍍 Hong Kong-style Stir-fried Ribs

After marinating the ribs, cook them until tender or air-fry until golden and fragrant, then add sweet and sour sauce, onion, sweet pepper and pineapple and stir-fry quickly. Sweet and sour and appetising, this is a very classic Hong Kong family dish.

🧄 Air-fried Ribs with Garlic

Marinate the ribs with minced garlic, black pepper, light soy sauce, a little sugar and oil, then cook in an air fryer. Flip once halfway through to ensure even heating, and finally cook until the meat near the bone is completely tender.

🔥 Black Pepper BBQ Ribs

Marinate the ribs with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and BBQ sauce, then cook in an oven, air fryer or grill. The sugary sauce can be brushed on during the later stages of cooking, to reduce charring on the surface too early.

🥣 Corn and Carrot Ribs Soup

Blanch the ribs first, then add corn, carrots and other soup ingredients to simmer slowly. You can also pair it with lotus root, winter melon, chayote, Chinese yam or potatoes, to make different family slow-cooked soups.

Thawing method

❄️ Chilled Thaw in Fridge

Place the required ribs in a covered container before eating, and let them thaw slowly in the fridge. Once completely thawed, drain off excess juices and you can marinate or cook according to your recipe.

💧 Quick Thaw in Cold Water

If you need to use them faster, place the ribs in a leak-proof bag, then thaw in cold water. You should cook them immediately after finishing.

Cooking Tips

The ribs are bone-in pieces; you can sear or blanch them before stewing, which helps increase the aroma of the dish. When steaming ribs, try to spread the pieces flat, to ensure more even heating.

Because the size and thickness of each rib piece vary, please pay special attention during cooking to ensure the thicker pieces and the meat near the bone are completely tender. Also please be careful of bones and any small bone fragments that may be present when eating.

Storage

Please store at -18°C or below, and put them in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Take out only the amount you need each time, and cook and eat them thoroughly as soon as they are thawed, to avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
