When cooking, ensure the abalone is completely heated until thoroughly cooked, transforming from a raw to a fully cooked state before consumption. After handling raw seafood, please wash your hands, cutting boards, knives, and all contact surfaces, and avoid cross-contamination between raw and cooked foods.


Suggested Thawing Method

It is recommended to thaw the product naturally in the refrigerator's chilling compartment to maintain optimal texture and quality.
For faster thawing, place the unopened package under running cold water.
After thawing, please cook as soon as possible. It is not recommended to leave it at room temperature for an extended period.
Do not refreeze after thawing, as this may affect the texture and freshness.
